Ground-up structure, now home to Ahava Medical Center in the Five Towns. Lucid was hired to install heavy, custom-made European windows. Fast forward a few months, the building is ready for use with super-strong, stylish, operable windows.

An older building was renovated and converted into a gym. All windows and doors were replaced to meet the needs of the occupants. This project involved various types of commercial aluminum glass storefront doors, no two doors were the same. That’s where Lucid’s specialty came in. The measurement, planning, and purchasing process was demanding. The results speak for themselves: a fresh look and practical design for this beautiful facility.

A summer camp reached out to Lucid just before the camp season, requesting the replacement of 70 large aluminum windows and 91 metal doors. The Lucid crew got to work quickly. In a short time, they arranged precise measurements, planning, purchasing, delivery, and installed everything to perfection while meeting tight deadlines. The project also involved new window casings and trimming, demolition, and complex construction.

An old school building in Liberty contacted Lucid to replace their existing windows with a new storefront system. The upgrade improved security, brightness, and overall aesthetics. Additionally, two new vestibules with operable doors and transom windows were installed, providing a cozy lobby for kids during cold and rainy weather. Despite challenges, unique sizing, and off-hours work, the project was completed successfully.

The entire first floor of this large building was renovated with a new storefront window system, featuring 67 glass panels and 10 entry doors. Lucid handled the full installation with precision. The space is now fully functional and flooded with light through these expansive glass panes.

This healthcare facility is being transformed into a luxury condominium for elderly residents. Lucid replaced all 66 windows and 38 patio sliding doors. They also installed a full curtain wall glass system with operable entry doors for the newly constructed lobby.

Lucid successfully replaced over 100 windows, including new framing, sheetrock, trimming, and more. The result? All-new operable windows, improved security, and beautiful daylight streaming into the kids’ bedrooms.

A multi-building complex in serious need of upgrades. Lucid took care of the full job from start to finish, including demolition, reframing, installation, waterproofing, and securing the structures with around 200 durable windows.

When the facility decided to add a new wing, they knew replacing the windows was crucial. Lucid was brought in to handle the job with professionalism. All new windows were tightly sealed to prevent water leaks and drafts. A true game-changer for the comfort of the residents.
